Meetings, relationships and establishing interpersonal contacts are crucial for me not only at work, but above all, in my private life. New, inspiring people are an ignition spark for me to create.

"Superbelfrzy RP" are such a group. It is an association of the best Polish teachers to which I was invited after participating in the Teacher of the Year competition. I have been a member for 5 years now, and currently I work as a group administrator.
Innovative educational projects are born out of the diversity and extremely interesting personalities I met in this group. These are the people who multiply by sharing knowledge. I have already learned a lot from them and I sincerely admire them for their willingness to act.
The GAP Symposium, which I had the honor of attending along with representatives of the 'Żmichowska Śpiewa' project, was a platform for knowledge exchange and showcasing the talents of our students. This special event, organized in Ustroń, led to inspiring meetings with leading economists and professors, including a lecture by Professor Adam Rotfeld, and an unexpected artistic event 'Śpiewogranie'. Recently, I had the opportunity to present at the Executive Summit conference, where I shared my knowledge and experiences in the field of education and the development of local communities. My involvement in these events is a way for me to share knowledge and learn from others.
