Meetings, relationships and establishing interpersonal contacts are crucial for me not only at work, but above all, in my private life. New, inspiring people are an ignition spark for me to create.

Do you know what a Danbar number is? That's the number of 150 people that allows for maintaining close relationships, training and development within the group.
"Superbelfrzy RP" are such a group. It is an association of the best Polish teachers to which I was invited after participating in the Teacher of the Year competition. I have been a member for 5 years now, and currently I work as a group administrator.
Innovative educational projects are born out of the diversity and extremely interesting personalities I met in this group. These are the people who multiply by sharing knowledge. I have already learned a lot from them and I sincerely admire them for their willingness to act.

I participate in various conferences and symposia as a speaker and panelist. Recently, I had the opportunity to present at the Executive Summit conference, where I shared my knowledge and experiences in the field of education and the development of local communities. My involvement in these events is a way for me to share knowledge and learn from others.

"Superbelfrzy RP"s conference prepared and conducted online. An inspiration for all teachers on very different topics - mainly related to the use of modern technology in lessons.
This conference takes place twice a year. During its duration, teachers share their good practices with participants from all over Poland.
INTERNATIONAL KORCZAK CONFERENCE
CONGRESS OF EDUCATION MANAGEMENT
Conference on children's rights, held at the POLIN museum in Warsaw. A great time focused on the analysis of Janusz Korczak's pedagogy.
Congress during which I talked about the Żmichowska Sings project and its impact on the development of the school. We had a concert for 600 conference participants and took part in the debate.

A conference for 32 European Ministers of Education, crowned with a gala during which Żmichowska Sings presented its voices!
One of the most prestigious conferences for English teachers. As my contribution I gave lectures and my students delighted the participants with their musical talents!

It is a conference that helps foreign language teachers to work effectively and interestingly during lessons. I gave lectures at 3 such conferences.
